Ingredients
- 1/4 Quarter Cup Sago
- 2 Tablespoons Ghee
- Half a Handful of Semiya
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Dry Ginger powder
- 3/4 Cup Jaggery
- 10 Piece Raisins
- 15 Piece Cashew Nut
Steps
- 1Heat up ghee, toast semiya until golden brown and keep aside.
- 2Wash sago, heat up water and add into it. Let it fully cook.
- 3Add in cooked semiya and let it cook well.
- 4Add in Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk Powder and bring it to simmer.
- 5Add salt, cardamom dry ginger powder, jaggery and stir well.
- 6Once all starts to thicken, add in toasted cashew nuts, raisins and off fire
- 7Ready To Serve
